Do we over complicate our weight loss regimen?
I think so! Losing weight is not about calories etc its about making the right choices. By keeping our daily intake simple not only will we shed the pounds quicker but we will feel so much better a lot sooner which will spur us on more. Say good bye to fad diets forever.
