Losing Weight is Simple, Cut Out The Junk Food.

 

 
To my mind the single most important factor to be a success at losing weight is to keep your weight loss plan simple.
For those of us that have struggled to lose weight in the past we have probably tried every single diet going. We set off full of determination and as the weeks pass our enthusiasm wanes. Think about it, who has been on the high fiber diet or the low fat diet or the high good carbohydrate diet or the high protein diet or the next best thing to come out
