Looking at The Battle Between Good Sugars And Bad Sugars
There is a lot of emphasis on cutting out the fats and starchy foods in dieting but what about the pure sugar content that is found in soda, chocolate and candy? Not to be mistaken for the natural sugar found in fruit!
