We are bombarded with a new diet sensation what seems like every day.  When it comes down to it, just plain old common sense will always win.

Yes there is a place for some of the other diets and regimes that hit the market, and I am a great advocate of variety being the spice of life,but I really believe that the 5 basic principles of losing weight should be followed.

My goodness I relate to this problem, good luck Kirsty!  Some times in life it 'helps' us mere mortals to see that celebrities have the same problem.  You could argue that they have an advantage as they have money to help.  I think its all about how you approach the situation mentally.  Oprah and Kirsty are obviously have the same problem as most of us yo yo dieters!
